Travel Planning Deposits

• All-Inclusive Resorts & Domestic Travel: $50
• International Travel: $150

Your travel planning deposit will be fully reimbursed once your travel begins and all reservations remain active. This allows us to dedicate the time and expertise necessary to create an exceptional travel experience while rewarding clients who choose to book through Noble Travels.

Vacation Rental Planning Fee

• Airbnb & VRBO Reservations: $150 per rental

A non-refundable planning fee of $150 per rental applies to all rentals booked via Airbnb and VRBO bookings.

Non-Refundable Policy

Travel planning deposits and fees are non-refundable if:

• You choose not to book your trip through Noble Travels.
• You cancel your trip after planning services have been provided.
• You book directly with a supplier after receiving research, recommendations, quotes, or itinerary planning from Noble Travels.

These deposits and fees compensate for the time, expertise, research, and personalized recommendations provided throughout the planning process.
